MSN offers healthcare professionals the flexibility of per diem shifts, local contracts and 13-week travel contracts. Depending on your profession and specialty, we also have temp-to-permanent and permanent placements available.

Working with MSN offers you greater flexibility. You have the option to work per diem shifts, take a local contract that’s four weeks or more or explore the country with a travel opportunity. Plus, you get to choose when and where you want to work. You can’t do that at a full-time staff job!

In order to ensure the highest levels of patient care and to maintain our Gold Seal of Approval accreditation status from the Joint Commission, we require at least one year of experience within the past two years in your specialty, regardless of setting. Your recruiter can tell you more once you apply.

No. By submitting an application, we’re able to collect your information and credentials and get you into our system. You can tell us when you’re ready to start working. Keep in mind that you need to keep your credentials up to date in our system to remain “active” so that we can offer you jobs.

The average time between your completed valid application and your first day of work is approximately seven days.

Once you’ve found a job that appeals to you, your MSN Staffing Coordinator will confirm all the details, such as your start date, unit and pay rate. You’ll then be oriented to the facility to ensure that you’re ready for your first day.

Yes, MSN‘s Continuing Education Program is brought to you via our partnership with Cross Country University and CE Direct. For every 12 shifts you work during the month, you earn two free credits!

With MSN, you decide your pay day. Depending on the exact position, you could get paid the same day as your shift, bi-weekly or any time in between. We also offer the Comdata DirectPay MasterCard® card, which allows you to make purchases anywhere MasterCard® is accepted using your MSN earnings.

You can add your spouse or domestic partner, children or dependents to your insurance for an additional monthly premium. Just complete the enrollment paperwork and pay the monthly premium.
